The Piccolo Boys

Charlie El Hachem is the co-founder of Piccolo Me Australia, Charlie started his career as a barista, while working his way to win Sydney’s favourite café award. Charlie is by far one the industries most experienced cafe operators, having worked and operated food outlets from the ripe age of 16.

Charlie is currently learning the art of boutique coffee roasting. Charlie’s role at Piccolo Me is to over look the day-to-day operations of the business, site selection, refine the supply chain and lease negotiations.

Roy El Hachem is the co-founder of Piccolo Me Australia, Roy started of his career as a barista while studying marketing full time. It was during this causal barista role, that Roy developed a real love for the café industry. So passionate about this, Roy can be found working the coffee machine during his free time. Roy’s key responsibilities at Piccolo Me are to over look marketing, product innovation, store promotions and implementation of the marketing manual.

piccolo-logo-22015 Piccolo Me opens its 10th store > Crows Nest store becomes the second franchised store.

piccolo-logo-22016 Piccolo Me signs its 5th franchisee > Scheduled to open it’s 15th store by the end of the year.
